Our company was formed in 1983 as M & A Construction Co., a seven-person Civil Construction firm based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Initially we were just a residential site contractor. Currently, Thomson & Co., Inc. Civil Contractors is a 45-person firm and a leader in both private and public civil construction in the Wilmington area.
